Wedding Flowers – Neighbours Garden That Will Do

We all know that a wedding is one of the most expensive occasions that you’ll ever have to pay for in your life so trying to cut corners and save a few euro is ok right? You’ve saved for years for your dream wedding but costs are racking up and you try and save money wherever you can but some have been known to take this sentiment a little too far.

Some ask friends and family members for help and support but draw the line at stealing stuff for the big day, well some do, some don’t care what they do to save a quick buck. This goes for one bride in Australia who we think seriously went too far when trying to cut corners on her big day.

Every wedding needs flowers, flowers are the main component to any wedding, you need a brides bouquet, bridesmaids flowers, boutonnieres for the boys and of course flower centerpiece said for the tables and throughout the venue. Flowers help set the tone of the wedding with your colours that can be seen throughout the venue so they matter.

One woman commented on an online form how a neighbour who was getting married actually stole the woman’s flowers from her garden for her wedding decorations. The neighbour was shocked to see that all of her flowers had been stolen and were being used in the wedding of the bride who lived next door. The neighbour loves gardening and had a beautiful garden that she painstaking worked on for many years.

This outrages story has gone viral on social media and we can see why it’s nuts that someone would do this and that they taught they could get away with it. The flowerless neighbour went on to say how devastated she was that her prized roses were butchered and stolen from her own garden. She went on to explain how the bride even took some extremely rare flowers that she took three years to acquire for her garden.

The neighbour woke up one morning to see every flower from her garden gone, she didn’t know what was going on and was so confused until she spoke to a friend who told her that she had seen similar flowers in the wedding pictures of someone who lived close to the two of them. The neighbour found the pictures online and sure enough that was her stolen flowers. The cheeky bride even used the woman’s white flower pots as her centerpieces.

After some investigating she found out that the bride had passed her garden and took a shine to the wonderful flowers on display and decided to return at dark and cut all the flowers and steal all the pots for her wedding. The neighbour was furious when she found all this out and contacted the police and get them involved bout all that resulted from this was the bride got hit with a 30 euro fine.

The bride was unrelenting and didn’t see the harm that she had done to the woman stating that their just flowers and that she needed some for her wedding and the woman had a yard full of them. If that’s not a smack in the mouth statement I don’t know what is. I’d be absolutely fuming and would have punched her right in the face!
