Irish Bride Makes The Best of a Bad Situation

It’s the worst possible thing that can happen to any bride on their wedding day, being left at the altar!  This is what happened to one Irish bride but she managed to make the best out of a really bad situation in her life. 

Rebecca from Dublin was like any other bride on the approach up to her big day, she was excited for the big day to roll around. She was all set and had all her preparations for the big and expensive day sorted.

Getting closer to her wedding date, she felt like something was not right but she couldn’t figure it out, she knew something was off and not right. Putting these feelings aside she went along with the plans for their wedding day. 

Rebecca was set to marry her long term boyfriend Jack, who was described by friends of Rebecca’s as controlling. Knowing something wasn’t right Rebecca still made her way to the church that morning to marry Jack. The bride had no clue that he wasn’t even going to show up! I can’t imagine how she was feeling when she realised that she was left at the altar, to be left at the altar in front of hundreds of your friends and family, what could be worse! We could totally understand if Rebecca broke down about the whole situation but that’s not what this strong woman decided to do, she did the opposite.

She decided to address all her guests on the wedding day, expressing how she did feel something wasn’t right in the lead up to the wedding day, she then went on to say how she was relieved that the groom had not shown up. She explained to the wedding party about how she felt and more importantly how her fiance made her feel each and every day. He was manipulative she conveyed to the guests, she felt unhappy with each and every day that passed. 

Rebecca received an outstanding applause and was able to enjoy the reception party before booking a honeymoon trip for one.  Fair play to you!
